HIC 4 BOLT CLAMP- FULL ALUMINIUM

HIC – Hidden Internal Compression: Totally smooth inside the clamp, may need a shim depending on the handlebar diameter.   Fork would have a Starnut installed into the fork opening, with a top cap that compresses the system together.  Clamp and bars go over this, to secure the system together! Please note that your bars need a slit at the bottom for HIC, so they can “flex” and be secured by the clamp.
